Hey everyone!! I am finally back from my trip!
I can't believe how long it's been since I have written. Sorry, it really couldn't be helped. I have tried to find places that had computers in order to be able to update my blog and write to my friends, but it always worked out so that any time that I actually had free time I didn't have a computer and visa-versa. So, it might be a little bit before I can get myself enough recovered from the hecticness of our journey to actually tell you how it went. Right now am a just WAY too wiped to even think about summing up or telling you how it went!
So, give me a day and I will try and get on here with pictures and some info!
Blessings to all of my faithful friends and readers (and reader-friends :P) and may the Lord guide you in all that you do!
Glad to hear from you Sarah! I've missed reading your blog and hearing from you. I hope everything settles back down for you guys. I"m glad you enjoyed your trip!

Hello Sarah Dear,
ReplyDeleteWhew....was hoping furlough wasn't proving to be too much for you!:-) Glad you made it back home with no traumaticities. (Right?)
It was a blessing to spend time with you all...even for a couple hours! I am so glad that night worked out...I hate to think of what would have happened had it NOT worked out!:-) That would have been terrible! It was a blast of fun, short though it was:-). I thought it was quite funny how there was not a moment of silence the entire time we were together. From the moment you stepped into the car, until the moment you stepped out of it, there was not an awkward silence - in fact, we seemed like longlost friends that just had years of info to catch up on! lol.
Now, I need to reply to your comments that I have not replied to in ages. Here it goes:
As to cultures, yes, my dear, we share a strange and unique die-hardness!:-) That's one thing we can both emphatically agree upon. Cucumbers, maybe not, cultures, for sure! lol. In your age old comment, you were asking questions about Russian....by now you know how MY name is pronounced (first name, anyways)and you even know a few words yourself!:-) Of course you couldn't help THAT - since I always yell at Felecia in that particular language. And now you even know that your name, in Russian, would translate most literally into something like "Sasha Jhenya". No, we don't speak the same language - yet. But I can give you mini Russian lessons, and I'll dutifully listen to your Spanish ones, and then we can study French together, because that is next on my "language must" list. Yes, cultures are so beautiful. I simply can't wait to visit Europe. Yes, I've heard all the horror stories about that ancient but seemingly lawless place - but I still am so anxious to go, to leave my country and expound my horizons! We shall see, we shall see.
Well, dear, I only replied to the first paragraph of your first comment, and Mommy is telling me that I need to go to bed - so I guess that you'll just have to get your replies in many short comments. Wait! (lightbulb flickers on). If you have any sort of instant message deal either through yahoo or gmail, let me know - we may be able to get alot of this talking done THAT way, leaving me room to leave comments that actually have something to do with your posts! lol. Now that would be pretty amazing.
Anyways, take lots of care. Love you and miss you lots,
NASTYA
